How simple would it be if you could open any application, and ask it what you want? Imagine a

website or mobile application understanding exactly what you say and doing what you ask of it.


It feels like just yesterday that websites and mobile applications have entirely taken over the

tech industry. We have all of these websites and mobile applications but when it comes to

needing their help and guidance on navigating the app or website, we can’t hear them.


It’s time to give all apps a voice. Today, when people use mobile applications or websites, they

spend their time getting familiar with the functionality as well as the interface. Of course, all apps

are different and so this could take some time. Most of us give up using apps when they don’t

immediately give us the answers and solutions we’re looking for. Now, with the introduction of

Alan AI, we integrate AI into existing apps to give all apps a voice and bring them to life. We

have developed fundamental AI technology to allow people to tell their applications, via voice,

exactly what they need, and to have the application provide in return what is being requested

from it on the spot.


Within a matter of days, the Alan Platform enables a voice assistant into any existing application

without changing the existing application legacy touch and type experience. Our vision is to

become the de facto Conversational Voice AI Platform for all websites and applications.


We are currently in search of a driven Junior Social Media and Marketing Specialist with a

goal-oriented, “get it done” attitude and great written and verbal communication skills! The ideal

candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, with a demonstrated history of taking initiative, being

adaptive in a fast-changing startup environment, and working independently. This role will work

closely with the founding Marketing and Design team to create and deliver high-quality content

for our social media channels and website to share the Alan AI experience with the world.

You Are:

  • Curious: You demonstrate curiosity and excitement around emerging channels, content trends, and engagement techniques.
  • Detail-oriented: You pay strong attention to detail, meaning you proofread your work to ensure high-quality content and are able to articulate directives and observations clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledgeable: You have a solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and how they can be deployed.
  • Creative: Given the growing number of competing voice solutions in the tech industry, it’s not easy standing out. Outside-the-box thinking is a must.
  • A Great Communicator: You have superb communication skills, meaning the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
  • Organized: You have strong project management and organizational skills.

You Have:

  • BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or relevant fields
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Google Suite
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience or familiarity with B2B Marketing and B2B Developer Marketing
  • Experience working with social media management tools such as HootSuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Working knowledge of social media creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

You Will:

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for all of Alan’s social media channels and ads
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members and potential clients to take action
  • Identify community groups to distribute our social media content to (e.g. Reddit, Quora, Medium, etc.)
  • Work on implementing a social media content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns to ensure that content is published by the stipulated deadlines
  • Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns
  • Identify and forge relationships with social media influencers
  • Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
  • Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry
  • Always be improving, by acquiring and analyzing the appropriate social date/metrics, insights and best practices, and then taking action based on said information
  • Conduct weekly reporting of key performance indicators across all social media
