An interaction refers to each time you or your user interacts by voice with your voice assistant within Alan Studio or deployed in an app.
What qualifies as a unique device?
A unique device is counted as a device from which the user connects to Alan. The user initiating several dialog sessions from the same device is considered a unique user.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. By going to your Alan Studio account’s billing page, you can change the plan you are on. This change will come into effect immediately and you will be charged the difference if it is a larger amount from your previous plan. This must be done before the 15th of the month, otherwise it’s not effective until the next month.
What if I decide to cancel?
No problem, you can cancel your monthly plan at any time by going to your Alan Studio account’s billing page. After canceling, you will be automatically placed in the pay-as you go tier with the base features.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also have the option to use Paypal payments.
